1 receptionist

Your tasks

• phone service

• accept room reservations and cancellations

• receive incoming and departing hotel guests

• take care of the guests during the hotel stay

• provide information and provide services

• looking for solutions to restore customer satisfaction

• correspondence around the theme of room reservation

  Your profile

• formal qualification AND several years of experience

• experience in computer hotel program Fidelio

• customer oriented attitude
