Description and Requirements

Within its Global Sourcing Team, TELUS International AI Data Solutions has the requirement for a Qualification Manager. The Qualification Manager will work on the creation and validation of new qualifications while leading a team.


The Qualification Manager will collaborate with Sourcing, Content Development, and Program teams to ensure qualification paths are well-defined and validated. This role will ensure that all qualification paths meet company-wide standards. The Qualification Manager will also collaborate with the Annotation Platform product team to ensure that the platform meets the requirements set by the Qualifications Team.



  • Communicate with the AP product team on Qualification needs within the platform. Frequent testing of the platform to ascertain these needs.
  • Define the qualifications test creation/validation process.
  • Work with Sourcing and Project Teams to ensure that test creation/validation processes are followed and meet rigorous, well-defined standards.
  • Ensure that the development of new qualifications, and the review of existing qualifications, draws on appropriate internal and external guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Quality and Production teams to ensure that appropriate input and contributions are made at appropriate points in the qualification, design and review process.
  • Develop excellent relationships with external stakeholders to ensure that the requirements are understood and implemented accordingly.
  • Train, coach and mentor individuals in the qualification team.
  • Recognize education problems that require escalation and communication to management.
  • Act as a change agent, systematically driving continuous improvement and change throughout the qualification area and ensure learning content is effective to support candidates. 
  • Ensure the necessary applications, databases and systems are in place to support the qualification team.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by the Director of Global Community Sourcing.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present data analysis results in a coherent and easy to understand way.
