Job Summary:
We have an amazing opportunity for you to join our QA team as the Test Lead responsible for getting our test team to the next level. You’ll identify and develop ways to improve the quality, capability and efficiency of the testing processes and are also partly responsible of actual product testing. This puts you in a position where you can enjoy playing games and also focus on developing testing processes while getting paid, sounds exciting, doesn’t it?
What we’re looking for in you:
- 5+ years of software testing experience
- Previous experience in QA lead/managerial positions
- Experience in using JIRA and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of product development lifecycle
- Creation and execution of a strategy that drives efficiencies and scalability in QA through automation tools and improved processes
- Planning and direction of the activities of testing team, including resource planning for projects
- Strong talent mindset demonstration by training, coaching, recruiting and motivating QA team
- Keeping positive relationships with technology peers and business partners to enable planning, problem-solving, and execution of projects
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to articulate issues and status to management
- Management of progress reporting and defect tracking
