Job offer description
MISSION
The candidate we are looking for will work in the Procurement Area and will be responsible to ensure suppliers risk assessment, ranking and management of critical and potential critical suppliers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assessment of local suppliers in terms of financial risks (e.g. balance sheet evaluation; cash flow analysis).
- Analysis of risk assessment received from the Group for common suppliers.
- Suppliers rating analysis and identification of risky supplier in order to perform a deep financial analysis or potential critical supplier to intensify monitoring activities.
- Deployment of preventive actions vs risky suppliers aimed to minimize the risk (e.g. payment term changes; stock level management).
- Cross-functional cooperation with other Functions to identify possible actions to face supply discontinuity in case of suppliers difficulties.
- Risk evaluation and risk reporting to the Group.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Master Degree in Economics.
- At least 3 years of experience as Risk Management Specialist, preferably in Manufacturing Company.
- Italian and English fluent.
- Financial Assessment competence.
- Ready to work by objectives.
- Excellent analytical skills Team working.
