We are looking for a Project Planner for the Project Planning team within our expanding offshore business segment which is based at our offshore market unit in Vejle, Denmark. The projects are placed all over Europe and you can expect 50-75 travel days per year. As our Project Planner Offshore, you will be a part of the project Management team for the offshore wind farm projects, with responsibility of creating and maintaining a well-structured and manageable project plan according to company and project specific processes and guidelines. Besides this you will be conducting internal training and support in strengthening our internal communication What are my responsibilities? • Preparing the overall project schedule and resource plan of a given project in cooperation with the Project Management team • Preparing detailed schedule and resource plan for construction and commissioning of Wind Farm • Keeping the projects schedule updated in case of events affecting the project • To perform Critical path and delay analysis • Preparing reports for monthly status meetings internally and externally • Actively participating in the continued development of Primavera as the planning and forecasting tool within Siemens Wind Power Offshore • Supporting and monitoring Project Coordinators in maintaining progress updates of projects What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a Master’s degree in planning, engineering, project management, communication or in a closely related field. Alternatively you have a combination of a Bachelor’s degree and a few years planning and/or training experience. As a person you are proactive, outgoing and communicative and you utilize your excellent people skills in order to strengthen the internal training and communication. Still, you have an analytical and systematic approach to your tasks. In addition, you possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing as well as advanced IT skills, e.g. MS Office, Primavera or MS Project In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
