Would you like to be part of the solid growth the LEGO Group is experiencing? And have a broad contact base with a large variety of stakeholders when you manage global projects and help deliver amazing office locations for your European and American colleagues? Help ensure that our offices look and feel like LEGO Offices As our new Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our offices, sales locations and hubs live up to our Corporate Visual Identity and that all of your global colleagues experience the LEGO Look & Feel when they come to work. In close collaboration with one of our designers, you will be responsible for office construction projects and act as the central coordinator and driver in: Analysing requirements from your internal clients and having close dialogue with them in terms of their needs Identifying office locations, running the tendering process and negotiating with real estate brokers until you hand over the office to the business stakeholder Planning and allocating resources as well as contractors and driving a team of domain professionals and experienced design experts to deliver final offices Managing a large variety of internal stakeholders and external vendors effectively to deliver as promised in regards to timeline, budget and quality Contributing to creating and maintaining internal processes, complying with LEGO Standards and guidelines as well as supporting your global team when needed Ensure local facilities in a global context The LEGO Group is experiencing a tremendous growth globally and the amount of projects is increasing to ensure future production and office capacity. You will play a key role in ensuring that colleagues come to work happy every day. You will be part of a team of 9 dedicated project managers and be based at our headquarters in Billund. The international nature of your work takes you travelling some 50 days per year. Do you have what it takes? You will be working in an international environment and deliver sparring and advice to stakeholders. Although the LEGO Group is a company where collaboration and coherence are key values, not everyone can have a say in your projects, so managing communication, coordination and expectations is key in you supplying and delivering the best solutions.
