Would you like to be part of driving improvement and compliance projects by improving key process across VP areas and SVP areas in Regulatory Affairs? If so, you may be the project manager we are looking for.
You will be located in the department Regulatory Operations Affiliate & Business Support. You will be responsible for supporting the Corp. Vice President area Global Regulatory Operations by driving cross functional improvement and compliance projects.
About the department
Global Regulatory Operations is a CVP-area consisting of ~170 employees in Denmark and India. The CVP-area is responsible for Regulatory operational activities from labelling development and management, publishing activities, IT projects, support in Clinical Trail Applications and Project Management.
As a project manager your primary task will be independently to drive improvement and compliance projects. The job offers frequent management interactions, leadership responsibility and can potentially have international reach. Your job will be to set the right direction for the projects and, at the same time, making sure that your projects are implemented and anchored in the organisation. The projects will vary in size and complexity but will all have a cross-organisational take-off and can influence not only your colleagues in Denmark but also all the affiliates.
You will be responsible for ensure that results are delivered according the project plans. In your role you need to involve relevant stakeholders and ensure timely communication. Communication and change management will be natural part of your role before, under and after execution of projects.
You will be exposed to many different organisational units in- and outside Regulatory Affairs – in Denmark and globally. You will build a strong global network and be able to further develop your skills. We expect you to be an active part in the continuous development of both the department and Novo Nordisk.
You hold a relevant Master's Degree (economics, business administration, engineering or the like) with excellent results. Ideally you have at least 5 years of experience with project management, e.g. from a well-reputed consultancy. You have acquired solid experience as Project Manager (Six Sigma, Prince2 or similar).
Earlier you have successfully handled projects at strategic level, and, as such, you are comfortable interacting with stakeholders at any organisational level and is use to work across organisational and geographical boundaries. Leading others in project contexts comes natural to you, and you use your energy and understanding of other people to involve the right competences in the right processes and carry projects ideas through with success.
You have a high level of drive, initiative and persistence and you are result-oriented. In addition, you are ambitious and like to be challenged. You are analytical, structured and comfortable managing a team on your own. You master the classic LEAN tools such as process mapping, defining/mapping current and future state, establish SMART KPIs.
Full professional proficiency in oral and written English is a must. Please note that CV and full educational grade transcript is required when applying.
