Atlas Copo offers you various possibilities to get started as process engineer at the Airtec department. There are vacancies such as process engineer in the assembly and process engineer with a focus on the internet of things and big data. Have you always liked to work on everything? And are you someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and likes to stay on the work floor but at the same time wants to get to know the modern IT tools at the office such as Share Point? Airtec offers you a wide playing field on which you can indulge yourself to your heart's content. Your work will help determine how the work of some 300 skilled workers who are working in three shifts happens day after day. As a process engineer in the assembly you can, for example, develop new products for assembly and testing and you can research new assembly methods and spraying techniques. You can also make and test robot programs. Also the cost price calculation, the preparation of the investments, the preparation of the process documentation, and the cooperation with the colleagues of the production organization make your job very varied. As a process engineer with a focus on machine connectivity, IoT and Big data, you make improvements in the existing production processes, especially by connecting the production machines to the ERP system and to data collection. And as process engineer in the rotor department, you develop new processes for existing products, but also processes based on existing machines for new products. You are driven by technology. Experience in one or more of the following domains is an advantage: o Mechanical machining operations (such as turning, milling, grinding, finishing of cubic pieces, ... .. of different materials) o Overall shop flow in a combined machining and assembly environment. o Assembly department (in the broad sense in which efficient assembly but also logistics, ergonomics, automations are studied) o Coating of end components by means of robotic systems (in all domains: technical, logistics, ...) · Having knowledge of CNC machine programming or the interest to acquire this competence in the short term is an advantage. · You are a team player. · You are a born innovator and work result-oriented · You have an analytical capacity and a healthy portion of creativity.
