Job offer description
  • You will control and coordinate the production or packing activity at a specific site. In particular you will be expected to take a number of parameters into account, including raw materials, the quality of the process and the product, staff, health and safety, machinery, etc.
  • You will support the team leaders, motivating them and their staff and aiming to achieve “continuous improvement”.
  • You will consult daily with the Plant Manager, the Quality Manager and the Maintenance Manager about the various operational processes and objectives.
