Then you have a unique opportunity to make an impact in a production environment in a successful global company. You will join the Danfoss Automatic Controls Division in Kolding and become part of a team of ten colleagues who are responsible for processes and systems that cover the production area for the entire plant. High quality, productivity and improvements You report to the Process Technology Manager and your overall objectives will be to plan and execute process technology activities in order to ensure optimal operations. At the same time you are responsible for ensuring the quality standards of produced products. You also take part in the internal handling of possible customer complaints to assure customer satisfaction. Among many others, your tasks will include: •Participate in DPP projects/Kaizens (LEAN) and prepare plans for improvement to eliminate losses and increase productivity. •Secure TS 16949 compliance by making quality documents e.g. (PFEMA, Control Plan, MSA, CPK and SOP). •Prepare and execute tactical implementation plans for improvement within quality, productivity, delivery and costs together with Operations. •Support shop floor e.g. with problem solving by using quality tools (4 - step methods) •Quality/scrap and line-stop analysis and optimisation. •Participate in and manage change control projects. •Participate in and make production foundation in R/D projects. •Global Technology support and standardisation. •Run/participate in equipment investment projects. Engineer with experience in manufacturing, LEAN and a strong team player Your engineering degree (other relevant theoretical background) is backed by solid practical experience from working with optimisation and sustained improvements (LEAN). Technically, you have experience within one or more of the following areas: SAP system, Six Sigma (Green Belt) and you have both knowledge of and experience with TS 16949. On a more personal note, you have the energy and drive for performance, and you thrive on giving that bit of extra to secure the successful outcome from idea to implementation. You have a structured approach to your work and take responsibility. Keeping a sense of perspective, and an adequate ability to sit tight and keep calm in a hectic workday with many deadlines, is one of your strong suits, and due to your strong drive you know exactly how to focus your efforts and make the necessary decisions.
