Product Manager – high tier products

Understanding of customer needs, market trends, application knowhow As a Product Manager it will be your overall mission to drive customer requirements into product development (attitude and skills) therefore it is essential for you to possess understanding for customer needs, and market trends. Other responsibilities are: · Product strategy development · Supporting product development · Supporting modularity strategy development · Complexity reduction and quality · Product launch · Business case development · Customer and sales team visits · Application knowledge build up With your highly proactive and structured approach to your work, we rely on you to lead approval, and communication about new products and product changes. Engineer with cross functional knowledge You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (electronic, mechanical or industry), and we imagine, you having substantial experience from product management of either Danfoss drives products or similar high tier products. Furthermore, we expect you to be able to acquire product trends within our industry quickly and intuitively and to act with a strong orientation towards meeting the needs of the customers. You are structured and proactive, and you have well-developed cooperation skills which you can apply among a diverse group of colleagues. You are a holistic, self driven and fact based, pragmatic decision maker and you understand how to work in a global company with many different cultures. Last but not least, you both have the capacity and desire for personal and professional growth. Fluency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite for this position.
