For our Product Management department within our Offshore market unit, we are looking for a Product Management Engineer. The Product Management department is owner of the product development roadmap, working closely together with internal development teams in R&D and stakeholders from Procurement, Manufacturing and Service. Furthermore, Product Management is providing technical support on new products and solutions towards customer projects.

What are my responsibilities?

• Provide technical sparing on solutions for our SWT6.0-154 and SWT7.0-154 • Participate in future scoping of turbine upgrades and improvements • Provide internal and external technical support for wind turbine projects • Support in product development gate and milestone reviews for new product solutions • Support definition and execution of measures to reach product cost, improvement and product availability targets

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• You hold a B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar relevant education • You have at least 3 years experience within product development and engineering processes within the wind business • Preferably, you have experience with technical project management, combined with product management experience • You possess a good technical understanding of the product value chain • As a person, you are structured, decisive, change-oriented, outgoing and proactive • You have excellent communication and English skills, both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
