Currently we are looking for 1 Product Engineering Manager (m/f) Job description / tasks and responsibilities: Your knowledge and experience within the industry in engineering disciplines as well as operations, test/product engineering and quality management roles will contribute to our outstanding team of professionals already assembled and poised for continued growth and profitability. Leads a growing team of 8+ product engineers Reports to Division SSI Senior Product Engineering manager Mentoring of the product engineering team Yield and cost improvement Responsibility for design - production transfer, incl. safe launch Crisis management (task force leadership) Product responsibility for lead products Continuous improvement of product engineering process Education/Experience: Master or Bachelor of Science in ELECTRONICS, PHYSICS or equivalent 5+ years of related engineering experience Demonstrated technical competency to analyse complex failure modes Experience in leadership beneficial Experience in failure analysis of integrated circuits Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) Entrepreneurial thinking Place of Employment: Unterpremstätten / Austria / Europe Collective salary and wage agreement: We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
