The position is split between nanoelectronic research and teaching/tutoring at the Sino-Danish Center for Education and Research (SDC) in Beijing.
The position is available from 1 January 2016 or soon thereafter.
The research will be part of ongoing collaborative projects between Danish and Chinese re-search groups in the fields of Physics and Chemistry of nanoscale molecular electronics. The scientific aim of the research is to develop new scientific insight that allow better control of the nanoscale and supramolecular organization of electronic materials as well as the fabrication of devices with novel advanced functions.
Combined, the research groups in Denmark and China have access to state-of-the-art facili-ties within molecular electronics, semiconductor nanostructures, scanning probe microscopy, carbon nanostructures, theory, supramolecular chemistry, organic synthesis and more.
Depending on the successful applicant’s background and interests the research work will be situated at either the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology or the Institute of Chemistry in Beijing.
Teaching and tutoring
