Porter
Main tasks:
- Porter tasks.
- Driving tasks.
- Keeping the premises and surroundings clean and orderly.
- Keeping records.
- Other appropriate tasks as assigned.
Education level:
- Short upper secondary vocational education.
Work experiences:
- 6 months.
Functional skills:
- Driving licence (category B).
- Basic office skills.
Language skills:
- Intermediate English - B1.
- Basic Slovenian or Croatian desired.
Competency:
- Communication skills.
- Personal integrity.
- Courtesy.
- Preserves impeccable personal hygiene standards and has a tidy appearance.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Systematic, detail oriented, reliable, interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain information.
- Emotional stability.
Language skills:
- Intermediate English – B2.
- Basic knowledge of an additional foreign language - A2.
- Slovenian or Croatian desired.
Responsible for:
- Customer satisfaction.
- Prompt reaction in case of discrepancy with standards.
- Completing tasks professionally, safely and on time.
- Economical use of resources.
