Description des tâches: The ideal candidate has 1-3 of working experience in consulting companies in the banking area. About the Role: Your responsibilities will be: • Analysis of regulatory changes and identification of strategic changes and impacts for financial institutions’ strategic models; • Transformation of regulatory requirements into functional requirements for the implementation and customization of internal software; • Advising financial institutions on regulatory compliance issues based on the particularity of the country’s legislation; • Good knowledge of dedicated compliance IT tools; • Support the business in project requirements definition and analysis of the functional and technical requirements; • Project Management responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing and delivering presentations, scheduling and facilitating meetings, preparing and presenting status reports, developing project plans, and timelines. Requirements: • From 1 to 3 years in consulting companies in the IT Strategy & Governance area, with a banking background; • Bachelor Degree’s (background in Accounting/ Financial/ Banking field is highly appreciated); • Knowledge of MIFID regulations; • Optimal relational, communication, team management, and coordination skills; • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Access and Excel) is mandatory; • Proficiency in Italian and French; good knowledge of English; • Project Management certification is a plus.
