We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant (permanent contract) / une Assistante de direction (CDI) Your Mission: You will work in close cooperation with Partners, assist them with their day to day administrative needs and the development of our commercial strategy, through tasks such as: • Proactive management of mails, calendars and calls • Scheduling of internal and external meetings • Updating contacts and business activities in our CRM database • Organising business trips, following business development activities and preparing varied business documentation • Assisting in various areas such as invoicing, marketing or commercial processes (management of legal directories submissions, assistance in formatting commercial offers, creation of powerpoint presentation for clients). The candidate should: • Have a degree in managerial secretarial or equivalent • Have a minimum of 1 year’ experience as a Personal assistant, have been involved in an invoicing process would be beneficial • Be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and search engine • Have a perfect command of French and English and excellent writing skills • Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt easily
