Payroll Team Manager with French and Arabic

Our multicultural Payroll team is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead several countries within the Middle East Payroll Team. We are looking for a strong leader that will take the ownership and drive the change in our growing payroll hub

As our Payroll Manager, you will be responsible to:



- Lead a small team of Payroll Analysts supporting a minimum of 3 countries in the Middle East region

- Lead projects to drive payroll improvements for one country or group of small to medium size countries

- Develop, modify and maintain the operational effectiveness of payroll

process from the start to the end

- Collaborate with other leaders to build culture of continuous improvement within Payroll Department Team including audit process

- Lead efforts to evaluate and redesign Payroll processes to align with the company’s rapid grown and commitment to quality

- Coordinate with teams across IT, HR, Finance and Accounting to ensure that best practices are followed and implemented

Base pay for this position starts from EUR 2.650 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of People Management experience
• 5+ years of experience in Payroll / HR
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• Deep controllership / statutory compliance knowledge
• Proficient in obtaining, organizing, and analyzing data to make fact-based
