Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the preparation of the monthly payroll and performing pre-payroll and post-payroll reports. Besides, you participate actively in monthly payroll calculation and verify the correctness of payments coming from time management -
  • Personnel administration services are part of your daily tasks: prepare work contracts, payment certificates and maintain the SAP Master data. To deliver best-in-class HR services you work together closely with your team colleagues
  • Furthermore, you ensure that our HR Services are as well in line with the Polish legal and regulatory requirements as with the BASF guidelines
  • You advise and inform the employees regarding HR topics, both by phone and via e-mail, in close cooperation with our HR Business Partners in Poland 
  • You keep our documentation up-to-date and further develop the HR knowledge database by actively contributing to the exchange of information and experiences within the team
  • You also collaborate in internal projects, focus on solutions for increasing efficiency and encourage the best practice sharing amongst our European HR service teams

Our requests

  • You have already gained work experience in HR field. Ideally, you have completed an HR-related degree
  • You have good knowledge and practical experience in the field of Polish regulatory and HR processes.
  • Experience with complex time management 
  • You are used to working with IT systems and MS Office applications and have as well solid MS Excel skills and experience with SAP
  • Polish is your mother tongue and you are fluent in English as well
  • You are good in planning and organizing, friendly and service oriented towards customers and enjoy contributing with your creativity and knowledge to the team's success
