Hayfield Manor are searching for our next Head Pastry Chef. 



This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and driven Pastry Chef to build a team, menus and share knowledge and experience. 



Reporting to the Executive Kitchen team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of exquisite products across various outlets and menus.

The ideal candidate 





 

  • Will have experience as a Head / Sous chef in a similar size hotel
  • Is familiar and competant in a multi outlet establishment
  • Has track record for delivering exceptional standards
  • Is passionate about guest experience
  • Can lead a team and manage a kitchen / section efficiently
