Paid Internship in Customer Care Department
Intern in Customer Care Department will be responsible for helping ensure complete customer satisfaction with PerkinElmer by supporting the work of Customer Care Team.
Responsibilities:
- Post segregation plus sending post to the customers
- Attaching documents to CRM system
- Customer modification requests
- Quotations
- E-commerce Order processing
- Segregation of documents, faxes
- Segregation of folders and documents on a shared drive
- Credit and rebill
- Running invoice batch
- Customer survey and Wellness call
Requirements for the position:
- Good command of English (at least CEFR B2 level)
- Strong interpersonal and comunication skills, emotionally mature and ethical
- Ability to multitask
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
