Intern in Customer Care Department will be responsible for helping ensure complete customer satisfaction with PerkinElmer by supporting the work of Customer Care Team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Post segregation plus sending post to the customers
  • Attaching documents to CRM system
  • Customer modification requests
  • Quotations
  • E-commerce Order processing
  • Segregation of documents, faxes
  • Segregation of folders and documents on a shared drive
  • Credit and rebill
  • Running invoice batch
  • Customer survey and Wellness call

 

Requirements for the position:

  • Good command of English (at least CEFR B2 level)
  • Strong interpersonal and comunication skills, emotionally mature and ethical
  • Ability to multitask
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
