Responsibilities:

• Create| assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion;
• Create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards;
• Develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity;
• Ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review;
• Prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations;
• Train the team, end users and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project.

Qualifications:

• Consultant should have very good knowledge On Oracle applications either in  Manufacturing (INV,BOM,WIP,MES)  or distribution(OM,PO) modules with minimum
  
  of 1 Year of experience in R12;
• Should have 4 to 6 Years of Oracle Apps Experience and at least  1 full Implementation and rich experience in handling customer directly;
• Good communication Skills;
• Very good English (B2+) + good knowledge of German (desired);
• Has expertise in To-be Process finalization, Gap Analysis, Solution Design, Testing, Training, RICE Functional Design, configuration of instances;
• Should have experience in functional testing and de-bugging functional issues of RICE components and fixing issues;
• Meet aggressive delivery timelines, coordinate well with remote teams, have the flexibility of working the time differences, and proactively solve problems;
• Communicate fluently and effectively with all level of business users, technical teams, and management across the organization;
• Consultant should ready to travel across EU regions and perform the rollout activities.
