Office administrator


The job offer is available for the following event:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Conduct job interviews and select employees for the company
  • Organise the recruitment of new employees and introduction into the values of the company and tasks of the position
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
