Night Porter :
General Care of Hotel guests from 11.00pm to 9.00am approx. Management of the hotel premises on an overnight basis.
Responsibilities and Duties
General Care of Hotel guests from 11.00pm to 8.00am. Duties include Check In and Check Out of Hotel Guests, Security Checks of all exterior Doors nightly.Setting up rooms for meetings/events the following day. Room Service and dealing with other guests requests as required. Light Cleaning Duties. Handover to Early Receptionist.Serving drinks. Full Training on all aspect of the role provided. Previous Night Porter Expierence desirable.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous Hotel Experience or Customer Care Role is an advantage
