.NET Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to Design, Development & Deployment;
  • Leading development & code review activities;
  • Mentorship/sharing with other members of team;
  • Contributing to release planning & impact analysis;
  • Building code, bugs fixing, refactoring;
  • Taking part in sprint planning meetings to gather information about requirements and to estimate development effort;
  • Status reporting in daily stand-ups.
  • Interacting with the Client on technical questions

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience of commercial software development in .NET of at least 5 years.
  • Experience of team leader responsibilities of at least 1 year;
  • Good English written, spoken and reading skills;
  • Experience in practicing Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Ability to provide realistic effort estimates and be committed on implementing within time and quality;
  • Analytical thinking, proactive attitude, self-motivation, team-motivation demonstrated through past experience, capability to solve internal team issues.
  • Proven record of developing high quality software to business specification whilst understanding processes and requirements;
  • Experience in full software development lifecycle from design to deployment;
  • Experience in C#, ASP.NET (at least 4.5.1), JavaScript;
  • Practical experience of working with Oracle or MS SQL Server, including stored procedures/functions/triggers;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex issues, explain the current state, presentation skills

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Proven record in building modern Web UIs using any JavaScript frameworks (Angular or another) and SPA (single-page application) approach;
  • Experience with building loosely coupled application with DI frameworks or message buses;
  • Experience with a distributed source control systems (Git, Mercurial, SVN etc) or at least centralized SCCs (TFS, Perforce etc.).
