Your main responsibilities:

• Central coordination of the transactional documents for internal departments (Investment Management, Risk Management, Depositary) 
• Follow-up with Investment Advisers and counterparties after approval of Investments performed by the AIFM and in light of obtaining all transactional documentation required to settle the said investments
• Maintaining a log of transactions pending settlement and proactively monitoring backlog and progress 
• Central coordination of all AML/KYC documents (new investors) 
• Sanction checks on investments 
• Maintenance and control of the product database 
• Support in terms of preparation the Annex IV-Reporting 
• Support of the Management Board regarding monitoring and the observance of KPIs (Management information system) 
• AIF Registration and AIF Reporting 
• Project work

Requirements

Your profile:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the financial / alternative sector
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in team
• Highly efficient, proactive and trustworthy strong organizational skill, paying attention to details
• Fluent written and spoken in German and English
