Job offer description

Due to the growth of the business activity we are now looking for a Mechanical Designer for an important client in the aerospace industry within Switzerland.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design of mechanical components of the systems according to technical requirements including safety aspect;
  • Development of aircraft - structural components, according engineering requirements and specifications;
  • Working together in a team of co-workers with different positions and special departments;
  • Design and develop sub-projects according to specification, focused to "design to cost" Philosophy;
  • Implementation and accompaniment of the initialized changes, cooperation with the Configuration Manager.

 

Skills:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience within the aerospace industry
  • Designer federal certification (EFZ) or similar training
  • Siemens NX CAD knowledge concerning handling & data structure
  • Knowledge concerning change management of design data in accordance with process flows (Internal DO training)
  • Standard-, raw- and material knowledge
  • English language skills fluently, spoken and written.
