Marketing Executive

We are currently looking for a Marketing Executive Primary goal of our marketing team is to implement effective communication campaigns and marketing programs aiming to convert legal age smokers from cigarettes to our reduced risk products. What will be your role? • Develop, execute & evaluate brand related activities as a part of 360° omnichannel communication mix - such as POS campaigns in retail, Digital marketing (CRM, Website, E-commerce), Retention activities (IQOS CLUB), Events and many more in order to grow volume & share of market • Brief and manage creative agencies on specific projects to achieve excellence in execution within approved budgets and in line with local legislative framework and internal Marketing Code. • Closely cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth commercialization of marketing activities, such as new launches, line extensions, promotions, member-gets-member programs, lead generation programs or building IQOS brand awareness and credibility. • Systematically analyze the efficiency and cost effectiveness of respective brand activities and support Marketing Manager in budget handling/control What are we looking for? • 2-3 years of experience in brand building, international FMCG environment preferred • University degree (Marketing, Economics ideally) • Entrepreneurship, positive attitude, attention to details • Project Management Skills, agility to work in complex environment with tight deadlines, broad creative mind, fight through attitude, communication skills & influence to build on, team work mindset • Advanced active English, native Czech/Slovak language • Frequent MS Office user (Power Point, Excel) We are looking for candidates with aspiration and potential to develop further and grow within the company.
