The Celtic Ross is well placed in the wonderful tourist centre of Rosscarbery in the heart of West Cork and we are currently recruiting for driven team members who are looking for a career in the Hospitality & Tourism Industry to join our Manager in Training Programme.

We are looking for motivated people to join our team. If you have a winning attitude, love working with people and you really care about winning service then the Celtic Ross is the place for you. The ideal candidate must be:

• Customer focused • friendly • responsible • a team player • have the ability to work well and efficiently under pressure • flexible with hours • have good written and spoken English • Hotel knowledge/experience is an advantage & training will be provided

Staff accommodation is available along with access to our gym and pool.

Our Manager in Training Programme comprises of a number of placements in different departments for 12-18 months to give the chosen individuals a good grounding in all areas of the Hotel business, followed by elements of external further education paid for by the hotel in years 2-3. (This is tailored to the specialism chosen by the team member)
