MAINTENANCE OFFICER & CLEANER
ADDETTO ALLA MANUTENZIONE
Attività: effettuare controlli e misurazioni periodiche, svolgere il programma di manutenzione periodico e tutte le attività di ordinaria manutenzione.
ADDETTO AL MAGAZZINO
Attività: sistemare i prodotti, consegnare emrce ai dipartimenti in base alle richieste di magazzino, ritirare e sistemare la merce.
GIARDINIERE
Attività: svolgere le attività richieste dal suo direttore e rpeviste dal piano di lavoro giornaliero come pulizia e mantenimento del verde, annaffiatura e potatura del verde, pulizia delle aree comuni.
FATTORINO
Attività: svolgere attività richieste dal suo capo servizio e previste dal piano di lavoro giornaliero come pulizia aree comuni, spostamento arredi, fornitura e ritiro biancheria, consegna e ritiro bagagli.
BAGNINO
Attività:allestire spiaggia/piscina ad inizio stagione, chiudere la spiaggia/piscina a fine stagione, effettuare la pulizia giornaliera, effettuare i controlli giornalieri di cloro e ph, controllare e sovraintendere all'incolumità dei bagnanti.
RESPONSABILE DELLA MANUTENZIONE
Attività: effettuare controlli e misurazioni periodiche giornaliere, svolgere il programma di manutenzione periodico diretto al mantenimento della struttura, svolgere gli interventi e le riparazioni richieste dai vari reparti, svolgere le attività di ordinaria manutenzione.
ADDETTO ALLA LAVANDERIA
Attività: svolgere le attività richieste dal capo servizio come lavaggio e stiratura biancheria, controllo magazzino biancheria, fornitura e ritiro biancheria.
ADDETTO ALLA PULIZIA CAMERE
Attività: svolgere le attività richieste dal capo servizio come pulizia camere, pulizia aree comuni, conteggio biancheria in uscita, controllo e conteggio biancheria in entrata.
GOVERNANTE GENERALE
Attività: collaborare con il responsabile del ricevimento all'assegnazione camere, controllare la pulizia delle aree comuni e delle camere, controllare la somministrazione dei servizi da parte delle ditte esterne, stilare programmi giornalieri e settimanali.
MAINTENANCE OFFICER

MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Activities: carrying out daily checks and periodic measurements, carrying out the periodic maintenance program directed to the maintenance of the structure, carrying out the interventions and repairs required by the various departments, carrying out the routine maintenance activities.
LAUNDERER
Activities: carrying out the activities required by the head of service such as washing and ironing of linen, checking of linen warehouse, supply and collection of linen.
HOUSEKEEPER
Activities: carrying out the activities required by the head of service such as cleaning rooms, cleaning common areas, counting outgoing linen, checking and counting incoming linen.
GENERAL RULER
Activities: working with the receptionist to allocate rooms, check the cleanliness of common areas and rooms, control the administration of services by external companies, draw up daily and weekly programs.
