Group Visabeira is searching for a Maintenance manager (M/F) to reinforce its team in the building maintenance area.
What will you be doing?
You will manage technical installations in buildings, namely AVAC, electric and electromechanical installations. Manage maintenance contracts (preventive and corrective) with several clients. You will be responsible for planning maintenance interventions, managing teams, contact with suppliers and providing maintenance budgets.
What are we looking for?
- Graduates in Engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanical or similar) with AVAC knowledge;
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience;
- TIM Certification;
- Proactive and dynamic leader, capable of managing teams;
- Availability to work between Viseu and Lisboa;
