For our Customer Service Center in Borås, Sweden, we are looking for agents who are fluent (both spoken and written) in the Norwegian language.

H&M’s Global Customer Service is a multichannel and multi-brand organization with a focus on the customer dialogue throughout the customer journey. Today Customer Service has around 2200 employees globally and has established 9 Customer Contact Centers around the world, so far.

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M 1st Line Agent comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to-do list includes:

Provide excellent customer service via our channels.

Handle all customer contacts with interest and care.

Continuously improve our processes by trying new ways to work.

Guide the customer and colleague in the conversation.

Your skills
