Lifeguard

RLSS Qualification Required.

The swim teacher is responsible for instructing all swim lesson participants.

This position is also responsible for the safety of the participant in their own class.

Ensuring the safe and hygienic use of the pool for members, visitors and staff in line with existing policies and procedures.

Maintaining constant surveillance of patrons in the swimming pool.

Meet highest standard of safety.

Present professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Maintain a high standard of customer service.

Act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency.

All other duties as assigned and appropriate.

Be available for flexible working hours including weekends.

Good, communication and personal relationship skill.
