Job offer description

Your responsibilities:

  • Respond to email tickets and phone calls to resolve end users queries related to the hardware and software infrastructure of our client.
  • Diagnose the issue and provide a path to resolve it
  • Configuring and troubleshooting all technical issues with hardware and software
  • Accurately log all interactions in the ticketing tool
  • Simulating the problems faced by end users in a test setup and providing end users with technically optimum solution
  • Update / Create knowledge base for new learning
  • Interact with Level2/level3 support teams and third party vendors for follow-ups on break fix

Our requirements:

  • Written and verbal fluency in English and Finnish
  • Knowledge of basic troubleshooting and resolving queries in a technical environment
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to learn desktop applications used at customer end
  • Ability to change system settings via control panels or system preferences.
  • Ability to install and remove applications
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Strong Active listening skills
  • Ability to work toward a goal in dynamic situations
  • Ability to identify solutions based on written procedures, guidelines, and process tools
