Danske Commodities is one of the most successful Danish companies within energy trading. As part of our continued expansion we are looking to hire a Business Coordinator for our Legal Team. Your primary tasks will be within preparation of standard contracts for our Legal Counsels, and you will function as administrative coordinator on projects, our guidelines and on internal reporting.


 

Your responsibilities:
? assist in preparing standard contracts for negotiations in cooperation with our Legal Counsels
? register new contracts in our systems
? optimize administrative procedures and contract negotiations
? regular follow up on various tasks
? assist in internal reporting to teamleaders and leadership
? diverse administrative procedures
? implement procedures in the organisation together with your colleagues in Risk & Compliance
? ad hoc assignments

Your qualifications:
Our services and in-house interaction are based on high professional
Standards. You could be either newly graduated or a more experienced candidate. Your specific education is not that important to us – instead we expect that you:
? have an interest and/or experience in working with administrative as well as coordination tasks
? have a genuine interest and skills in German from either your education or previous work – and want to use it on a regular basis
? are structured, well organised, and have a good balance between detail and overview
? work in depth with your assignments
? work independently
? thrive in an environment with a lot of ad hoc assignments
? have a natural impact and thrive in an environment with open dialogue, co-operation, and freedom with responsibility
? have a good command of English both written and oral
