Lead Data Analyst ApS

København, 1 stilling is a fast growing company, providing a unified platform for enterprises to manage their social media management activities. We have our HQ in Copenhagen, with offices in New York, Berlin and Budapest. The technology is endorsed through partnerships with Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Being a “Software as a Service” provider, we have tons of data, which we utilize for improving product and commercial decision making. We are looking for the right candidate to optimize our insights and thereby improve our customer understanding and commercial decision making. Part of the The Business Intelligence team you are an experienced data analyst eager to help us drive better insights of customer data, in order to expand our understanding of how customers use our product (behavior, loyalty etc.) and how we can protect and expand the commercial opportunities with our existing customers. As a key part of the Business Intelligence team, you will represent the business backbone of the organization, providing business critical insights to product and commercial teams.

You will develop analysis and reporting capabilities through BI tools, and continuously monitor performance and KPI’s to identify improvements and make clear recommendations to improve our commercial performance.


- Manage and analyse product usage data through BI tools in order to build data driven product and adoption insights
- Create models and processes to collect, distill and interpret data with a view to aid better, more informed decision making - product and customer engagement in particular
- Be the key stakeholder in identifying and predicting churn
- Be the key stakeholder in identifying upsell opportunities
- Support in pricing strategy decisions
- Develop and maintain data dashboards from usage and adoption data


- MSc/BSc degree in Computer Science,, Mathematics, Statistics or related areas of study
- 3-5 years experience from a similar role, in a subscription based business model (software, telecom, insurance or similar). This would mean you are very familiar with with terms like churn, ARPU/ASP
- You get a kick from providing business critical insights and recommendations, and you are communicating them with confidence to improve revenue
- A great attitude and hunger for learning
- Leadership skills from a similar position is a plus
- Experience working with product usage data is a plus
- Strong Excel and experience using BI tools (e.g. Tableau or Domo)
- Basic SQL and scripting/programming knowledge (PHP, Python, JS, R)
- You speak and write English with confidence
