Zaposlitev je za polni delovni čas s fleksibilnim oz. izmenskim urnikom (dela se tudi ob sobotah in nedeljah).

Dela in naloge:

  • materialna odgovornost za inventar in osnovna sredstva;
  • odgovornost za inventurno stanje živil po inventuri;
  • priprava pogojev dela, organiziranje, usmerjanje in spremljanje dela v kuhinji;
  • skrb za stroške dela, preprečevanje bolniškega staleža, racionalna poraba materiala;
  • spremljanje rezultatov;
  • priprava receptur in menujev;
  • posredovanje zahtev za naročanje materiala;
  • zagotavljanje izvajanja notranjega nadzora skladno s HACCP sistemom;
  • vnos podatkov v računalniški sistem;
  • dekoriranje jedi in prostora ter postavitev jedi na bifejsko mizo;
  • odgovornost za upoštevanje sodobnih smernic kulinarike
  • upoštevati plan izobraževanja zaposlenih
  • kontrolirati materialni strošek
  • stalna prisotnost v kuhinji
  • vzpostaviti optimalno organizacijo dela
  • izdelati timing priprave jedi 
  • razvoj novih produktov
  • slediti selfness filozofiji
  • usposabljanje zaposlenih
  • ostala dela po nalogu nadrejenega

We are expecting:

  • Finished education - cook
  • Work experience (also a la cart)
  • motivation
  • someone who loves to work in the kitchen

We are offering full time employment, flexible and/or shift working hours

Your task will include:

  • responsible for inventory ;
  • organising and supervising work in the kitchen
  • menu planning and development
  • ordering food, ingredients and other necessary material
  • Ensures that the HACCP program is applied accordingly
  • Decorating of dishes and dining area
  • Adherence to contemporary culinary trends
  • follow training plan for the employees
  • rational use of material
  • efficient work planning
  • develop new products
  • follow selfness philosophy
  • provide the necessary guidance/training
