Being successful in the market for more than 20 years, they have been offering turn-key production- and inspection systems at highest technical standards to our customers. To strengthen the team in Regensburg, we offer the position of a Chief Designer (m/f) / Mechanical Engineering at the next possible entry date.

Tasks:

• Together with a team of ten experts you bear the responsibility for the whole area of mechanical construction of the machines and systems.

• Leading employees, work planning and Training

• Continuous optimization of the development processes Supervision of projects within the mechanical design and construction phases

• with respect to quality, deadlines and costs

• Coordination of external development resources

• Supporting projects and participating in customer Meetings

• Technical support in providing quotations and planning Projects

• You stay in lively contact with the project management-, work preparation - and salesgroups. you accompany the designs of your team from the first idea to the release of our customers in their production environment.

Requirements:

• On the background of a mechanical engineering education you have gathered professional industrial knowledge as well as leadership experience.

• You are familiar with the tools of a state-of-the-art development environment and see yourself in a balance between being a confident leader and an enthusiastic engineer.

• Very good english and basic German OR very good German and good English is a must
