Hayfield Manor are searching for our next Kitchen team member to join as Kitchen Steward. 



This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual, who gains satisfaction from seeing a job well done, to join our large team. 



Reporting to the Executive Kitchen team, you will be responsible for the preperation and delivery of exquisite products and cleaning across various outlets around the hotel. 



Duties include, but are not restricted to: 



 

  • Cleaning of dishes. crockery, cutley, glassware etc
  • Maintaining a hig standard of cleanliness in all areas across the back of house
  • Staff areas
  • Maintenance and management of chamicals (COSHH)
  • HACCP management, records and best practice
