As a General Purpose Kitchen Porter, you will work alongside our team of Chefs in the kitchen and ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen. We are looking for flexible and dedicated people who enjoy being part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for adequate stocks of cleaning and dishwashing supplies.
• Ensure to thoroughly wash, rinse and polish all pots, pans etc before neatly arranging them.
• Carry out instructions from the Chefs, regarding special cleaning arrangements such as cleaning, stores, drains, ceilings, other projects etc.
• Compliant with statutory and legal requirements for Health & Safety, Fire, Hygiene, Licensing and Employment.

Skills, Qualifications & Personal Attributes:

• Previous wash up experience in a similar hotel environment.
• Positive "can do " attitude with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Team Player.
• Good command of the English language.
• HACCAP knowledge & experience desirable.
