Junior Virtual Area Manager (m/f) – German and Swedish/Finnish Speaker

Your main tasks:

• Own end-partner relationships, carry a beneficiary quota and have responsibility for the growth of a fixed set of accounts through partners and limited named accounts,
• Develop/hunt for opportunities through sales & marketing activities to end customers and with partners to drive penetration in their account list,
• Responsible for marketing campaigns,
• Oversee positive client relationships,
• Develop, engage and grow partners,
• Modify strategies & tactics to adjust to changes in competitive, economic & market conditions,
• Qualify & re-activate “dormant organizations“,
• Educate, enable & develop through marketing & relationship activties,
• Increase student enrollment,
• Working with the corporate affairs field organization;
• Involved with marketing, prospecting and cold-calling, account profiling,
• Support proposals, collaborative engagements of internal and external partners and resources;
• Post-engagement management, customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

Our profile of preference:

• University Degree is a plus,
• Fluency in English and German,
• Fluency in Swedish or Finnish,
• At least 1 year experience in marketing, telesales, inside sales team and/or customer service,
• Experience working in a target-driven environment with particular focus on customer satisfaction and quality,
• Experience in a business to business environment,
• Positive, flexible, team player and client oriented.
