Our client is an important and innovative company of the thermoplastics processing industry. For their branch in Poland, we are looking for a:
JUNIOR QUALITY MANAGER – POLAND (SI.6501.JQ)
The selected candidate will respond to the local Plant manager and the Global COO. After a training at the HQ in Italy, he/she will be responsible for the quality control of the plant, managing a team.
The ideal candidate has the following requirements:

Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or chemical management background

Fluent English (mandatory)

Good Italian and/or Good Polish will be considered a plus

A brief previous experience in the same role in manufacturing companies is not mandatory, but appreciated

Availability for a training at the HQ of the company in Northern Italy

Availability to move to Poland (at least for 3 years)

Strong motivation, teamwork and problem solving skills

Flexibility and adaptability
Work area: Kutno, Poland
The company will provide for accomodation, food expenses, car and return flights (three times a year).
