Junior Coordinator Third Party Manufacturing (m/f)

The Third Party Manufacturing department is responsible for the external production of our goods, from the product launch to the delivery. The target of the department is to deliver high quality goods to our customers, for the lowest price possible. To do this, a close cooperation with the departments of Marketing and Supply Chain is necessary.

What we offer:

• Organization and coordination of production process relevant steps to start production at regional CM/TG supplier
• Assurance that Henkel product requirements and specifications are fulfilled by the suppliers
• Execution of 3PM supplier segmentation and supplier portfolio
• Ensuring safety, health and environment-compliance at supplier and follow up results of audits
• Monitoring available vs. requested production capacities on short/mid/long term view and initiating the appropriate actions
• Close cooperation with other functions (Purchasing, Marketing and Materials Management) in order to introduce launches and new products in time

Who we are looking for:

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent field
• Professional work experience in the field of manufacturing, production or supply management
• Project management and process improvement skills are benefitial
• Practical experience with SAP and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required
• Fluent knowledge of English language is required
• Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and handle challenging deadlines
• Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel
