As Java/Web Developer you will be responsible for the implementation, development and maintenance of our product 'Miles'. This starts with requirements analysis to development in Java, using all the latest methods and techniques. You will be working closely with talented analyst-developers/solution architects and business consultants in an open work environment. Together you realize a solution with focus on the end users. You will be involved in technical innovations, the realization of new ideas and solving complex problems. You will share knowledge through constant interaction with teammates and coach less experienced developers.
You have a Master or Bachelor degree in IT. You are passionate about innovative software solutions for business processes in Java/JEE environment & development of Web applications. You have a good knowledge of JAVA/JEE and affinity with Web development; experience with databases (SQL, Oracle...), XML, JavaServerFaces, Primefaces and/or Google Web Toolkit is a plus. You are a motivated team player; creative, responsible, pragmatic, flexible and you take initiative. You work methodical and strive continuously for result and quality. You are fluent in English and Dutch (or willing to learn Dutch). Knowledge of another European language is a plus.
