For our client we are looking for Java Software Engineer for

Krakow or Wroclaw (Poland) as well as Prague (Czech Republic)

Job description:

As a Software Engineer you will support the existing development team CISA Advisory Minutes. The applications you will develop support client advisors to manage and document their advisory proposals towards clients. They are heavily interacting with other systems within the bank and are crucial to provide a good service towards clients and to fulfil regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Making code contributions to the server side modules of SOA based application

• Analysing business needs and suggesting adequate software solutions

• Assuring code quality and adherence to coding standards

• Providing advices and technical guidance for other team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering

• At least 5 years of experience in developing Java applications

• Very good written and spoken English

• Very good understanding of Spring Framework and J2EE

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

• Willingness to extend your knowledge on a daily basis Additional assets:

• Knowledge of Spring, SpringMVC, Hibernate/JPA, JavaScript, AngularJS, CSS, HTML5, Maven/Jenkins, DataModeling and SQL /Oracle

• Experience in the banking industry
