Tasks:

 

  • Provoding IT related technical support to the clients on the first level and resolving base IT and Telco related issues
  • Escalating problems to other levels
  • Administrating full error environments and technical details
  • Providing customer-facing service to the clients and being entitled to keep all the brand marks during the service

Requirements:

  • Completed or on-going higher education degree
  • Fluent English (both in written and oral)
  • Fluent Italian (both in wirtten and oral)
  • Customer orientated and can-do attitude
  • Willing to work in shifts
