Can you take our Global IT Training strategy to the next level? And do you have what it takes: insight into training and learning methodologies, understanding of organisational change management and strong communication skills? If so, Novo Nordisk has a position for you as IT Training consultant in Corporate IT.
About the department
The new position is anchored in our IT@cademy in IT Shared Services. The department is responsible for Business Consultants, Business IT Graduates as well as our IT@cademy. The IT@cademy is a recently established unit with focus on competency development and Global IT Training.
You will be responsible for the continued implementation of our Global IT Training strategy. At its core, our Global IT training strategy is about delivering knowledge to end users about our IT systems and services. We strive to improve user proficiency and effectiveness in their usage of IT systems by implementing a user-centric training approach throughout the lifetime of IT systems and IT services. By keeping the needs of IT users in the forefront, you will play a key role in ensuring that our IT training is in line with the experiences and expectations of our end-users.
You will act as a consultant/sparring partner for IT professionals when they develop training materials and methods. Your main focus will be to provide consultancy support on learning and delivery methods to IT projects and IT systems and in parallel with this to maintain and continuously develop the global IT on-boarding programme and access to IT training and services.
We are looking for an IT Training Consultant who is passionate about learning methodology and implementing professional training solutions. Practical knowledge and hands-on experiences of learning practices and training approaches is a must-have for this position. A general understanding of user needs and how IT supports business processes is also required.
You have a relevant Master’s degree combined with at least 3 – 4 years of working experience. You have a “can-do” attitude, good implementations skills and are excellent in translating theoretic concepts into concrete plans and actions that suit the specific training needs. You have excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to collaborate across organisations and geographies. You have a well-structured approach to your tasks, are willing to take responsibility, and are eager to contribute to the continuous development of how we can work with IT Training. You are fluent in written and spoken English at a professional level.
At Novo Nordisk, we use our skills, dedication and ambition to help people with diabetes. We offer the chance to be part of a truly global work place, where passion and engagement are met with opportunities for professional and personal development.
