Unisys is recruiting IT Support Project Managers
European Commission is responsible for creating and maintaining IT solutions in the field of Legislation, Policy and Human Resources at the European Commission.
These solutions assist various EC DG’s. The non-exhaustive list of managed solutions is as follows:
– HR solutions: SYSPER, e-Sire, NDP, etc.
– Financial rights solutions: NAP, Assmal2, MiPS, Sermed, PABS, etc.
– Personal selection solutions: Talent Suite, Candidate portal, etc.
– Document management solutions: ARES, HAN, etc.
– Decision making process solutions: DECIDE, ECI, etc.
All these information systems are built upon Oracle databases.
European Commission wishes to obtain the service of a Support Manager, which is the integrated information system for the management of human resources in the European Commission. It replaces and completes the various systems that have been used for this purpose before. SYSPER is considered to cover all needs concerning the treatment of information for the Commission’s management of Human Resources.

Profile:
Non-exhaustive list of the tasks to be carried out:
Organisation, implementation and maintenance of (IS) support ; Coordination of support teams ; IS service management ; Coordination with the project teams ; Coordination of wiki sites, collaborative sites or social networks ; Follow up of service quality ; Management and follow up of user requests ;
Guidance regarding the use of information systems ; Management if incidents related to information systems; organisation of the reporting;
Conception and organisation of user documentation for information systems ; Conception and management of IS and ICT trainings ; Participation in user, service and project meetings; Proven knowledge in end user assistance or support of information systems ; Excellent knowledge of ITIL ; Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks; Excellent communication/writing skills; Good reporting methods ; Ability to give presentations
