Our client is a leader in the delivery of ICT related services to a European and North African markets. Throughout the years, they have developed a well-respected brand name that is a guarantee of service and quality. In view of further expansion of business, they are currently seeking to recruit a Support Officer to join their team.

Support Officer

As a Support Officer, you will provide on-site, telephone, email and remote helpdesk support to assigned local customers. You will handle customers’ internal IT support and operational issues related to ICT processes, systems and usage. Your duties will include configuration of Windows applications, troubleshooting, backups, server maintenance and general desktop support.

The ideal candidate should have a College or University qualification and ideally some experience in IT support. Excellent interpersonal and troubleshooting skills go hand in hand with this role. Candidates with basic knowledge covering up to Cisco CCNA and/or Microsoft MCP levels will be given preference. Holding a driving license and also willing to use your own car is essential for this role.
