As part of the development strategy of the business of CGI in Portugal we are currently recruiting Service Desk Technicians to join our Service Desk team in Lisbon.
Fluency in Swedish or Finnish or in Estonian & Finnish or in Norwegian & Swedish or in Danish & Swedish;
Fluency in additional language(s) (English, Spanish or Portuguese)
Experience in user support (helpdesk or call center)
Knowledge of PC’s Operating System and standard software (Preferential)
Knowledge of Hardware, Network Protocols, Microsoft Office, Anti-virus (Preferential)
Knowledge of Troubleshooting problems in PC's, Printers, Windows OS, hardware, etc.
Salary compatible with knowledge/experience: 850€ (gross salary x14);
Meal Allowance (6,80€ per working day – net salary);
Onboarding and integration Support (We help you with travelling, accommodation & other assistance regarding legal documents);
Portuguese Telephone with data plane;
